Meet Wobia May Allen-Agbosa
Wobia is a qualified and experienced corporate commercial lawyer, with over 16 years’ experience. She started her legal career in a renowned real estate and construction firm, Moorhouse Properties Limited, thereafter she took up employment in Legal Resources Alliance, a Law firm with their expertise in commercial and business/transactional law played a major role in building her skills in corporate law and commercial practice. She horned her skills specifically in Company Secretarial, Corporate Governance & Compliance, Contract Negotiations, Legal Writing, Advisory services, Government Regulatory Frame Work, Business Strategy, Real Estate and Property Law.
Drawing from her years of experience as company secretary, she has been instrumental in creating and supervising of Board and company policies and other relevant reports, in concurrence of complying with proper corporate governance and compliance.
She has provided corporate advisory services regarding government policies, creation and registration of properties, Estates, Trusts and Wills, drafting of Legal opinions, conducting of due diligence and registration of legal instruments on behalf of Banks and other related financial institutions.
Wobia has over the years cultivated business relationships from providing transactional legal solutions to complex issues on behalf of individuals and corporate entities in the following industries such as; Banking, Fintech, real estate, etc.
